Marilyn is a consultant to Anaphylaxis Canada, the Guelph Food Technology Centre, Health Canada's Director of Chemical Safety and the Ontario Allergy Committee's course on Food Allergens as an Emerging Issue. Having lost a daughter to anaphylaxis in 1990, Marilyn's work to raise awareness about the dangers of allergens in our food is especially poignant.
