In the course of operating Women In Food Industry Management, we may collect both personal and business information. One person manages our database and is accountable for ensuring the information is up-to-date and accurate and is maintained in a secure manner. To ensure that members and guests are not solicited or harassed, the participant list that is produced after each networking session will be emailed to members only. This list will contain the names and e-mail addresses of participants who have given prior permission for their information to be shared.


Records

If you would like access to the personal information we have on file for you, we will ask you to put your request in writing to the address below. You will be given reasonable access to your personal information to verify or correct information. Every effort will be made to respond to your inquiry within 30 days. There may be circumstances where Women In Food Industry Management will not provide you with access or may require additional time to meet your request, in which case you will be informed.
